In April, I made pizza with the students in my youth club. They are expert dough makers but had never made pizza. It turned out great. I also go them to try red pepper flakes, which was not to their liking right now. Then in May, we made chocolate cupcakes and a chocolate cake. Cakes in Moldova are usually made with very thin layers and not the big moist sheet type cakes that Americans make for birthdays and celebrations. I made some conversion errors so we have enough cocoa powder left over for another few cakes in the future. The students will be happy as they loved the cupcakes.
